Initial Oral Examination
Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take the appropriate digital x-rays for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of inter proximal decay (cavities between your teeth).  Digital x-rays expose our patients to far less radiation than the traditional film based x-rays.  We also use the lead apron for further protection.

Implants are synthetic structures that are placed in the area of the tooth normally occupied by the root. Implants are anchored to the jawbone or metal framework on the bone and act as a foundation for an artificial tooth or permanent bridge. In some cases, implants can be used to attach dentures.  Many offices separate the necessary implant procedures and refer you for the surgery/placement of the actual implant.  You then return to your general dentist to restore your implant (put the teeth on top of them).  In our office, we strive to office comprehensive care under one roof and in many cases can complete both the surgical/placement phase and the restorative phase without sending you to a separate office.  Read More...

Root Canal Therapy
Root canals are tiny passageways that branch off from beneath the top of the tooth, coursing their way vertically downward, until they reach the tip of the root.  In many offices, root canals are referred to a different office.  However, a great number of root canals can be completed directly in our office to help our patients avoid the invonvenience of traveling to a separate office. Read More...

Simple toothaches can often be relieved by rinsing the mouth to clear it of debris and other matter.
